Supplied and installed the Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning unit on 4th July 2016 following an initial online indication of cost, a detailed survey and expert guidance. The installation was carried out in one day by a team of professional engineers – sited and installed with care involving the customer at all stages. Overall my experience with Heidi has been positive. The unit was up and running within minutes of installation. Replaced a noisy portable unit in the bedroom (with its attendant venting difficulties of effectiveness and security issues) – the system is quiet and much more efficient in comparison. The internal unit is compact; the external unit needs careful consideration as to its siting as discussed during the survey stage.
